These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the 8mbat platform ("Platform") and all its users ("you" or "Member"). By accessing the 8mbat.bet website or mobile application, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.

8mbat is an internationally licensed online betting and gaming platform. We offer betting on cricket, football, and more than 30 other sports, along with slots, Live Casino, and jackpot games. All operations are conducted in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

In these Terms & Conditions, "8mbat", "we", or "the platform" refers to 8mbat's operating company and its authorised partners. These terms have been made available for players in Bangladesh, however in the event of any dispute, the English version shall prevail.

8mbat reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform following any changes will be considered acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend visiting this page regularly to stay up to date.

To open an account with 8mbat, you must meet the eligibility requirements below. If these conditions are not met, we reserve the right to close the account at any time.

Registration Eligibility

• You must be 18 years of age or older.
• You must be a resident of a country or region where online betting is not prohibited by law.
• Each individual may only open one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person, all accounts may be closed and any deposited funds forfeited.
• You must register using accurate and truthful information.
• The mobile number and email provided during registration must be your own.

KYC Verification

Under 8mbat's Terms and Conditions, we may request KYC (Know Your Customer) verification at the time of your first withdrawal or for high-value transactions. You may be required to submit one of the following government-issued identity documents:

• National ID Card (NID)
• Passport
• Driving License

KYC verification is usually completed within 24 hours. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended during the verification process, but betting and deposits will remain available.

8mbat supports the most popular mobile banking methods in Bangladesh. Our goal is to make the transaction process as simple and fast as possible.

Deposit Terms

• Deposits are only accepted from a mobile banking account registered in your own name.
• Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and may result in a refund of funds and account closure.
• 8mbat does not charge any transaction fees; however, your mobile banking operator may apply their own charges.
• The maximum daily deposit limit is ৳50,000 BDT. This limit may be increased for VIP members in special cases.

Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawal requests are only accepted from verified accounts.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same mobile banking number used for the deposit.
• If you have an active bonus, withdrawals may be restricted until the wagering requirements for that bonus have been met.
• The maximum daily withdrawal limit is ৳1,00,000 BDT.

8mbat regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. To take advantage of these, the conditions below must be followed. In accordance with 8mbat's Terms & Conditions, 8mbat's decision is final in any bonus-related dispute.

Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000 BDT. A minimum deposit of ৳500 BDT is required to qualify. The total amount (deposit + bonus) must be wagered 10 times before any withdrawal can be made.

General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses must generally be claimed within 7 days. Any bonus not claimed within the specified period will be forfeited.
• Winnings from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements have been met.
• You cannot claim another bonus while one is already active.
• If bonus abuse or fraud is suspected, 8mbat reserves the right to void the bonus pending investigation.
• Cashback bonuses are withdrawable directly — no wagering requirements apply.

All bets on 8mbat are accepted and settled according to specific rules. Please make sure you understand these rules before placing any bets.

Bet Acceptance & Cancellation

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless 8mbat initiates the cancellation.
• If an event is cancelled or abandoned, the stake for the relevant bet will be refunded.
• 8mbat reserves the right to void bets placed at incorrect odds. In such cases, the stake will be refunded.
• Bets accepted due to a system error will be considered void.

Live Betting

Odds in live betting change continuously. If the odds change while placing a bet, the bet will be accepted at the new odds or may be voided. 8mbat is not responsible for any issues arising from internet disconnection during live betting.

Maximum Win Limit

There is a maximum win cap per bet. You can win up to ৳10 lakh BDT on a single bet and up to ৳50 lakh BDT on an accumulator bet. These limits may differ for VIP members.

8mbat believes betting should be a form of entertainment, not a source of income. Ensuring responsible gaming is a key part of our Terms and Conditions.

• Deposit Limit: You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Loss Limit: Set a loss limit in advance — decide the maximum amount you're willing to lose in a given session.
• Session Limit: Set a daily time limit for how long you spend betting.
• Self-Exclusion: You can temporarily suspend your account for anywhere between 24 hours and 1 year.
• Permanent Closure: If you're struggling with betting addiction, you also have the option to permanently close your account.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 8mbat. Violation of these Terms and Conditions may result in account closure and legal action where necessary:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Registering with a fake or false identity.
• Placing coordinated or matched bets for the purpose of obtaining bonuses.
• Placing bets using software, bots, or automated systems.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegally obtained funds.
• Participating in match fixing or any other illegal activities.
• Attempting to interfere with or compromise the security of the platform.
• Opening an account on behalf of a minor or assisting them in placing bets.

8mbat reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. Account closure may occur in particular under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Evidence of fraud or dishonest activity.
• Registering with false or inaccurate information.
• If an account remains inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• Guidelines from the regulatory authority.

Upon account closure, any valid balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the member, unless forfeiture applies due to fraud or a breach of these Terms and Conditions.

For any disputes or complaints, please contact our customer support team first. We aim to resolve all complaints within 48 hours.

If your issue is not resolved through the support team, it may be escalated to 8mbat's senior management. In all disputes, 8mbat's system records will be treated as the final and definitive evidence.

Any legal disputes relating to 8mbat's Terms and Conditions will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the relevant licensing authority.

8mbat may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. For significant changes, we will notify members via their registered email or SMS. However, it is the member's responsibility to check this page regularly.
